The thoughtfully curated property has 99 guest rooms, over 9,000 sq. ft of meeting space, and is home to Mancy’s Steakhouse, an iconic Northwest Ohio restaurant.

As a management partner First Hospitality’s collaboration with developer Marathon Petroleum Corporation was instrumental to the hotel’s success. In less than one year since opening the property was able to take over the top spot on TripAdvisor, with 98% of their total reviews having at least a 4.0 rating. In addition, since opening in 2018 the hotel has been recognized twice with the esteemed AAA Four Diamond award, one of the highest hospitality rankings from AAA. Hancock Hotel continues to operate as a successful independent hotel and as a market leader by having built a strong local community program, hosting monthly events and celebrating major holidays that draw in hundreds of attendees every year.
