The Hiltons at McCormick Place are the first-ever triple-brand property in the Hilton portfolio. Located adjacent to Chicago’s McCormick Place convention center, this Hilton Garden Inn, Home2, and Hampton Inn share a single 22-story guest tower with common amenities and a shared lobby, ground floor retail, and a 3rd-party rooftop bar. As a co-developer and management partner, First Hospitality was instrumental in guiding the development forward from conception to award-winning success in its first years. In 2018 the industry recognized the project as Select Service Development of the Year at ALIS, and Hilton shortly thereafter bestowed the same honor.
