As the Director of Food & Beverage Marketing, Natalie is dedicated to creating programs and plans that meet the brand’s goals and objectives. Her focus is on strategizing for the overall success of First Hospitality’s Restaurant & Bar division, specifically emphasizing marketing efforts for print, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
Natalie is an industry veteran and has over 18 years of food & beverage marketing experience. Prior to joining First Hospitality, she worked at Savor- the food agency as an Account Director, where she oversaw branding, strategy and tactical production of marketing communications for different food and restaurant clients. Before that, she spent 8 years at Mercadito Hospitality as the national Director of Marketing, PR and Social Media. In that role, Natalie opened 8 restaurants and bars and supervised a team of 10 marketing and graphic design managers. Before that endeavor, Natalie worked at Richard Sandoval Restaurants (RSR), where she served as the Marketing Director and her contributions set the company’s standards for future growth. Natalie holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Foodservice from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, and an MA in Food Studies & Restaurant Management from New York University. Additionally, she received her license in Pastry & Baking Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys running along Chicago’s Lakefront and collecting honey from different parts of the world.
