As the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Sadie provides sales support to the sales leaders within Hilton, Marriott and IHG brands. Sadie is the lead and influence of the property sales teams and assists her colleagues through collaboration, engagement, and consistent communication. Her responsibilities include driving profitability in both rooms and B&B, implementing global strategies, and partnering with all disciplines to ensure that First Hospitality is operating with optimal segmentation mix, which ultimately results in a positive year over year RGI and bottom-line gains.
Sadie has 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with the first 10 years being spent on the F&B side prior to transitioning to hotels. Before stepping into her current role, Sadie worked at First Hospitality as the Director of Sales and as an Area Director of Sales. Prior to joining First Hospitality, she served as a Multi-Property Sales Executive with Heart of America. Earlier roles in her career include serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing with Carlson-Rezidor and the Director of Sales and Marketing at SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
In her free time, Sadie enjoys spending time with family and friends, being an aunt to 3 amazing “little people,” is a fitness enthusiast, and is the lead singer of a rock band. She finds joy in pushing herself mentally and physically, primarily because she’s a highly ambitious and motivated individual.
