As the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the First Hospitality Executive Committee, Stacey is responsible for all aspects of our employment conditions, culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, corporate social responsibility, labor relations, and leadership development.

Prior to joining First Hospitality, Stacey served as Chief Human Resources Officer for DB Schenker – Americas, a global logistics provider.  Before that, she served as Group Vice-President for Human Resources and Labor Relations for Walgreens.  Stacey began her career as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Freund, Freeze & Arnold and the City of Dayton Law Department.  She has a B.S. in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Ball State University and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.

In her free time, Stacey enjoys traveling the country to watch sons Alex (18) and Cameron (13) play basketball and soccer.  They have a rescue Mastiff named Duke who thoroughly expects a constant supply of belly rubs.  Stacey also volunteers as a Board Member for Aspire of Chicago, an organization that provides a wide variety of resources to people with intellectual disabilities, and as a member of the University of Dayton School of Law Advisory Council.
